During this year’s Teen Choice Awards, the 22-year-old actress will be up for “Scene Stealer Female” for her guest spot on Gossip Girl. Hilary has some heavy competition: Glee’s Amber Riley, One Tree Hill’s Bethany Joy Galeotti, 90210’s Shenae Grimes and The Vampire Diaries’ Katerina Graham.
